If you can't inspect, items in Open Box or Like New condition give you the option to purchase Buyer's Assurance. For an added 10% of your winning bid price, you will get one week (5 business days) to return your item, no questions asked.

Example:

You entered a max bid of $130, but won your item $100. A $10 Buyer's Assurance fee will be added to your invoice.
