What if I cannot pick up an item?

If you cannot pick up your item in the alotted three (3) business-day time period, you have three options:

1. You may "hold" the item at its current location for an additional week (5 business days). Cost is $5 per item, $25 per big-box item.

2. You may request a transfer to a more closer location ($5 fee per item). No big-box item transfers.

3. Depending on your zip code and item size, the item may be eligible for home delivery from one of our third-party delivery partners. Cost varies.
